Here comes Tesla Beer: inspired by Cybertruck's GigaBier, the price is 89 euros

CTOnews.com March 31, Tesla recently launched a Cybertruck-inspired Pillsner-style beer GigaBier in the European market, which is the company's second drink after Tesla tequila.

Tesla said on his website: "Tesla GigaBier not only retains the shape of Cybertruck, but also adopts the 500-year-old German pure brewing method. This limited edition light beer is brewed in Berlin and uses our exclusive cyber hops with aromas of citrus, bergamot and sweet fruit. Each beer has a seamless bright black sleeve with a luminous Giga watermark on it. Cheers!"

Tesla first revealed the news of GigaBier at the Giga Fest event held at the Berlin Super Factory at the end of 2021. CEO Elon Musk told fans at the time that Tesla would carry out some interesting projects in the new factory to make it different. "We're going to build a railway station in the factory. Then we're going to paint graffiti murals inside and outside the factory. I think it's cool, we already have some of them, and we even have a beer," he said.

GigaBier is Tesla's second foray into the beverage industry after the company's Tesla tequila sold out as soon as it went on sale. Tesla sold two batches of aged tequila, both of which were snapped up within minutes. Some even resell the tequila for more than $1000 on websites such as eBay.

Tesla applied for the trademarks of "Giga Beer" and "Giga Bier" a few days after the Giga Fest event.

At present, the GigaBier is only available in Europe, and Tesla fans in other regions are temporarily unable to taste the beer. European consumers can buy the German-made three-bottle beer for 89 euros (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 667 yuan).

Tesla's GigaBier contains 5 per cent alcohol and each jar contains 330ml, equivalent to a little more than 11 ounces.

Tesla said the ingredients of GigaBier include water, barley malt, cyber hops and yeast.
