Market research agency Sinch recently released a mobile communications report showing the importance of mobile phones to contemporary human beings. CTOnews.com learned from the report that 72% of users said they couldn't stand spending the weekend without a mobile phone.

In a survey of the longest time not to touch a cell phone:

23% of users said they couldn't stand it for more than an hour.

56% of users said they could not exceed 24 hours.

In the daily time of using mobile phone:

42% of the respondents said they spent less than 4 hours a day using their mobile phones.

8% of the respondents said that they spend less than 15 minutes using their mobile phones every day.

What are you willing to give up in order to use your mobile phone?

41% of people said they were willing to give up fitness.

25% of millennials say they are willing to give up TV

22% of Generation Z are willing to give up sex life.

When asked about potential new options to supplement text, chat, email and voice in 2073, the survey results show:

38% of people predict to communicate through the virtual world

28% of people want to connect to the Internet through nerve implantation.

25% of people use augmented reality.

34% of people think they will still use SMS.
