(Haier Air Conditioner Co., Ltd.) successfully held a groundbreaking ceremony.

The registered capital of the joint venture company is 200 million yuan, with a cash contribution of 102 million yuan and a shareholding of 51%, while Haier air conditioner contributes 98 million yuan in cash and holds 49% of the shares.

CTOnews.com learned from the official that Zhengzhou air-conditioning compressors mainly produce frequency conversion high-efficiency rotary compressors, which are leading the world in key technologies such as energy saving, environmental protection, low noise and miniaturization. The first phase of the production base project is expected to be put into production in the first half of 2024. Zhengzhou air conditioning compressor production base with high-end, intelligent, green intelligent production, will be built into the industry's first digital intelligence interconnected factory.
