CTOnews.com, April 9, the official account of Haili issued a report that the Zhengzhou air conditioning compressor production base jointly built by Shanghai Haili (Group) Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Haier Air Conditioner Co., Ltd. (Haier Air Conditioner Co., Ltd.) successfully held a groundbreaking ceremony.

The registered capital of the joint venture company is 200 million yuan, with a cash contribution of 102 million yuan and a shareholding of 51%, while Haier air conditioner contributes 98 million yuan in cash and holds 49% of the shares.

The first phase of the production base project is expected to be put into production in the first half of 2024.
