According to CTOnews.com news on April 11, ideal Motor delivered a total of 20823 new cars in March, once again delivering more than 20000 vehicles in a single month, an increase of 88.7 percent over the same period last year. A total of 52584 vehicles were delivered in the first quarter of 2023, an increase of 65.8 per cent over the first quarter of 2022. As of March 31, 2023, the cumulative delivery volume of ideal cars is 309918.

Ideal car's first five-seat SUV ideal L7 began delivery on March 11, with a terminal retail data of 8009 vehicles in the first month, making it the retail champion of large SUV terminals in the Chinese market. The ideal L8's March terminal retail data is 6628 vehicles, making it the third runner-up in retail sales of large SUV terminals in the Chinese market.

CTOnews.com learned from the official that BMW X5 sales ranked second with 7908 vehicles in March, while FAW-Volkswagen range and Mercedes-Benz GLE ranked fourth and fifth, with sales of 4056 and 3700 respectively. In addition, the ideal L9 has become the retail champion of large SUV terminals in China for seven consecutive months since it was delivered at the end of August 2022.
