CTOnews.com, April 29 (Xinhua)-- Apple obtained a patent called "biofeedback based on eye gaze" on April 12 this year to confirm the attention of the wearer of the XR, according to a list published by the European patent regulator.

Apple said in its patent that head wearers need to stay focused and engage more in situations such as watching educational or entertainment content, meditating, learning new skills and reading documents in an extended reality (XR) environment.

Apple uses sensors, physiological data (for example, gaze characteristics), user response time to content and other factors to determine the attention of the wearer of the XR.

After monitoring and analyzing the data, such as when the user is distracted or unable to meet the application requirements during meditation, a reminder will be issued to the user.
