New progress in Rust refactoring Win11 kernel: 36,000 lines of code have been added and passed all boot tests

Weston added that 36000 lines of code have been added so far and there has been no significant performance degradation in the test scenario.

After porting the GDI (graphics driver interface) of Win32k to Rust, it passed all the tests of Windows boot.
