The NTFS3 driver is developed by Paragon Software and implements read / write support for the NTFS file system and other major modern functions on the Linux platform.

According to the PR request submitted by Komarov, the "noacsrules" mount option is expected to be discarded due to instability.

The "noacsrules" mount option is that when NTFS3 runs without access rules, the access to the file / folder is set to 777 and the owner / group is root. If permissions are always set to 777, changes to other permissions or different owners / groups are ignored.
