CTOnews.com, April 30 (Xinhua) the official Wechat account of the Northeast State Power Investment Corporation recently updated an article announcing that Jinzhou Heishan 400MW wind power project, the most mainland wind power project in Liaoning, will be connected to the grid, with a capacity of 1.13 billion kilowatt hours per year.

CTOnews.com inquired about the official Wechat account of the State Power Investment Northeast Company and learned that the Jinzhou Montenegro 400MW wind power project is located in Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, with a total construction of 80 5MW wind turbines and a 220kV booster station, with a total investment of 2.248 billion yuan.

After the full capacity of the project is connected to the grid, it can transmit 1.13 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity to the power grid every year, meet the electricity needs of nearly 600000 households, save about 345000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 912000 tons per year.
