CTOnews.com, May 9, Microsoft announced a partnership with Unity in August 2022 to build and manage real-time 3D (RT3D) experiences using Azure cloud services to help Unity developers create games for PC and Xbox platforms.

In a recently updated blog post, Microsoft detailed the cooperation between the two sides, saying that the Xbox Research team is using Unity's Parsec platform to invite testers from all over the world to participate in virtual game testing.

After a year of testing remote games with Parsec, Xbox Research did not see a decline in the quality and quantity of games. The report looks like game research is conducted locally.

The construction of the Parsec platform connects gamers and developers from all over the world, and Xbox Research can focus on extending virtual game testing.

There are no local hardware restrictions on the Parsec platform, and the Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine (VM) has supported 60 developers and test players to test together.
