CTOnews.com, May 10, according to the Wall Street Journal, Google is working with American fast food chain Wendy's to use artificial intelligence to shorten drive-through waiting times at its stores in Columbus, Ohio, in June this year.

Wendy's 's custom model introduces some unique terms to make it easy for customers to order hamburgers, French fries and other foods. For example, "JBC" is used for primary bacon cheeseburgers, or "biggie bags" for hamburgers, and there are various combinations of chicken nuggets and drinks.

Wendy's says there are many challenges in the accelerated speed channel, one of which is external noise. The buyer may play music, or have children in the back seat, and so on.

And this artificial intelligence can reduce these noise interference, increase the volume of the voice of the person who placed the order, so as to place the order correctly.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Wendy's said up to 80% of food orders were completed on the drive-through. Wendy's says that for every minute or so of the ordering process reduced, additional sales will be generated.
