Wei Zhijia, president of TSMC, said earlier that the time history of semiconductor inventory elimination is longer than expected. This year, the semiconductor industry is estimated to be down 4-6%, and wafer foundry is down about 7-9%. While TSMC's dollar revenue fell by about 10% in the first half and about 1-6% for the whole year, but it will still be better than the industry average. TSMC expects the second quarter to be the bottom of its operations.

TSMC's annual technology forum will be held in Taiwan on the 11th of this month.
