CTOnews.com May 14 news, Hua'an Zhangjiang Everbright Park REIT (508000) issued a notice that Zhe Ku Technology has signed a lease renewal contract with the project company Shanghai Zhangrun Real Estate Co., Ltd. in April 2023, and the lease renewal area remains unchanged. At present, Zhang run Real Estate has not received any notice from Zhe Ku Technology and OPPO to stop the implementation of the signed lease agreement. The original rights holders and fund managers have not received a written reply from Zhe Ku Technology and OPPO about the closure of Zhe Ku Technology.

CTOnews.com learned from the announcement that Zhe Ku Technology is one of the important lessees of the closed infrastructure securities investment fund of Zhangjiang Everbright Park in Hua'an. As of the date of this announcement, the actual leased area of Zhe Ku Technology in Zhangrun Building is 19314.31 square meters, accounting for 45.97% of the leasable area of Zhangrun Building.

Zhangjiang Everbright Park REIT in Hua'an said that according to the signed lease contract, if the contract is terminated early, Zhe Ku Technology should give three months' written notice to Zhang run property and bear liquidated damages equivalent to three months' rent.
