China Unicom: Yunnan Unicom recovers the contracted operation right of Yunnan province

Chuxiong, Pu'er, Qujing, Zhaotong, Xishuangbanna five cities operating companies commissioned to contract operation rights. At this point, Yunnan Unicom takes back the entrusted operation right of the whole province (including 16 cities).
