Barnes & Noble NOOK GlowLight 4 Plus e-reader unveiled: 7.8in E Ink screen + waterproof

CTOnews.com June 6, Barnes & Noble Barnes & Noble NOOK GlowLight 4 Plus is a new e-reader with a 7.8in E Ink display, 32GB storage, audiobook support via headphone Jack and Bluetooth audio support.

Baun has not officially announced the launch of a new e-reader, but it has appeared in one of its stores, providing details about specifications and pricing: "coming soon" for $199.99 (CTOnews.com Note: about 1422 yuan currently).

The new NOOK GlowLight 4 Plus e-reader features a 300ppi black and white display and headlights with adjustable color temperature (on NOOK-branded devices, known as GlowLight Lighting + Night mode), a touchscreen display and a physical flip button as well as a waterproof design, it is not clear whether the USB-C port has replaced the MicroUSB port.

Bendn launched the original GlowLight Plus in 2019, with a 7.8inch, 300ppi display, GlowLight + night mode, IPX7 waterproof, headphone Jack and Bluetooth audio support, and the refurbished version is currently priced at $150 (currently about 1067 yuan).
