The director of "Soul of Falklands" revealed the progress of the film: full of interest in the experience of the protagonist, the integration of content is the biggest challenge.

According to CTOnews.com on June 19, Chad Stahsky, the director of Fast pursuit 4, has been interviewed by overseas media ComicBookMovie and revealed the progress of the movie version of his next masterpiece, the Soul of the Falklands.

ComicBookMovieChad Stahsky, a ▲ source, said that they are making great efforts to promote the progress of the film, and that they "like the IP very much." At the same time, it will be a "most anti-samurai movie" (the most anti-samurai samurai movie), because it is determined by the storyline and theme of the game.

In the game, Stahsky is interested in Jing Jen's experience, the choices he makes, who he becomes, what others expect of him and what he should do for honor. For this reason, Stahsky insists that he "does not want to sacrifice the integrity of the game story and the integrity of the character in any case." In addition, he wants to preserve the visual effects of the game.

However, it is a big challenge for him to integrate so much information in order to show it on the big screen. "We certainly have good material, but the bigger question is how to make it available on any platform and how to make good use of it to make a 2-2.5-hour movie," Stahsky said. Stahsky frankly said that how to integrate so many things to a level that is easy to watch is the real challenge of the film.

CTOnews.com noted that Soul of Falklands is an open world action adventure game developed by Sucker Punch Studios in the United States. The game was announced at the Paris Game Show in 2017 and released by Sony's PlayStation 4 platform on July 17, 2020. It is now available on PS4 and PS5 platforms. In the game, the player will play a samurai of the Kamakura shogunate, Norihito, who will do his best to defend his country from the Mongol Empire.
