CTOnews.com, June 20 (Xinhua)-- City: skyline 2, a game developed by Colossal Order and released by Paradox Interactive, announced last week that it will be released on October 24 after an official announcement in March this year.

Developer Colossal Order today launched the first developer diary of the "City: skyline 2" game, which tells the story of a rich road construction subsystem.

The diary says that the road construction system introduces a new grid model (Grid Mode), which allows players to quickly create multiple city blocks with just a few clicks.

First, place the starting corner of the corridor grid. Then, move the mouse and click a second time to define its width, and finally, the third click to set the length of the road grid. After adjusting the grid length in the final stage, the grid layout is implemented.

The new tool will also allow players to create two parallel roads to speed up the creation of highways. The new tool will allow urban builders to build new roads on the current road on the map, in which case the two crisscross roads will be created automatically.

Players can customize roads, set separate buses and tramways, and set sidewalks and so on.
