Panasonic launched the first smart wardrobe HCC-R600A: mute disinfection, deodorization, ironing, estimated price of 330,000 yen

CTOnews.com June 21, Panasonic today released the first smart wardrobe HCC-R600A in Japan, which can automatically disinfect, deodorize and iron clothes without disturbing users' sleep.

Depending on the direction of the door, the wardrobe is divided into two sub-models, left (L) and right (R), each of which is expected to sell for 330,000 yen (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 16764 yuan) and will go on sale on August 1.

According to tests by the Japan Food Research Center, the smart wardrobe can reduce the number of bacteria on clothes by more than 99% after about 120 minutes of disinfection, said Panasonic Panasonic, an ▲ figure. The noise is about 30 decibels in disinfection and deodorization mode and 40 decibels in ironing mode. 40 decibels is equivalent to the level of noise felt in a library or quiet residential area.
