It is understood that Funan energy storage system is a supporting energy storage system for the 1.2 million kilowatt landscape storage base project in southern Fuyang, Anhui Province, which mainly includes 650000 kilowatt photovoltaic power stations and 550000 kilowatt wind farms.

The construction of Funan energy storage system is divided into two phases, the first phase is 300 MW / 600 MW hours, and the second phase is 450 MW / 900 MW hours. The first phase of the energy storage project is composed of 90 40-foot standard container energy storage units. Lithium iron phosphate battery and high pressure liquid cooling integrated technology can effectively reduce the occupied area and improve the charge and discharge efficiency of the power station and the cycle life of the battery. After completion, it will be able to store about 600000 kilowatt hours of electricity at a time. According to the calculation of charging and discharging once a day, the annual discharge of electricity can meet the annual electricity needs of more than 90,000 households.
