CTOnews.com, June 26 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- LinkedIn, a workplace social platform, has earlier launched an ad creation support feature that allows advertisers to quickly generate marketing copywriting through generative AI. Today, the platform is beginning to apply generative AI to a wider range, allowing users to post directly using the technology.

For professionals around the world, posting on LinkedIn has become a good way to share the latest resumes online, often describing the author's career trajectory, promotion and achievements to help him or her seek better job opportunities.

But carefully planning and writing these posts is often troublesome, so Keren Baruch, product director of LinkedIn, announced that generative AI will be introduced into post writing to provide users with a faster way to write.

To use this feature, users need to enter at least 30 words to summarize what they want to convey in the post. The generative AI then generates drafts based on what the user enters for the user to review, edit, or publish directly. Keren Brunch said the feature is currently being tested and will be available to all users later.

However, CTOnews.com found in Keren Brunch's tweet comment section that some LinkedIn users objected to the feature, saying it undermined the authenticity of posts on the platform. Others claim that the move will turn activities on the platform into interactions between chatbots rather than human interactions.
