Volkswagen brand Scout's first pure electric pickup truck, SUV effect picture exposed, full of aura.
CTOnews.com, June 28, according to foreign media motor1, VW's new brand Scout Motors, which focuses on off-road vehicles, seems to have made new progress recently. on the recent Volkswagen Investor Day, pictures of Scout's first models appeared on Volkswagen's official PPT.
The source of the ▲ image is motor1, but the definition of this picture is really touching. Even so, the shapes and contours of the two new cars can still be identified.
The first new cars, including a pick-up truck and an SUV, can be seen to be quite hard, with a large number of straight and stiff lines, with a slender waistline and irregular polygonal rear windows that look angular.
In addition, the new car has a high ground clearance, in line with its main off-road brand tone. Motor1 also drew a set of renderings of the new car specifically based on this effect.
CTOnews.com notes that the line of the car is similar to that of most current pure electric hard off-road models, such as the Rivian R1S (SUV) and Rivian R1T (pickup trucks), which are likely to be Scout competitors.

Volkswagen officials have been secretive about the new brand, saying only that it will be "based on a new platform for research and development" and will be launched in the US market in 2026. To that end, Volkswagen has invested $200 million to build a new factory in Columbia, South Carolina.
Earlier, Volkswagen officials also drew a sketch of the design of the first Scout models.
