CTOnews.com, July 4, Microsoft recently released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23493. However, some users who have installed this version have found problems with some pop-up dialog boxes in the setup application.

These dialogs are supposed to be centered, but appear on the left side of the screen. Affected dialogs include custom theme color pickers, lock modes, text cursor color selectors, storage pools, and so on.

In addition to this problem, Build 23493 has another serious error that affects the File Explorer address bar drop-down menus, making them transparent or completely white and not working properly.

However, this version is not without bright spots. Microsoft has introduced Windows Copilot in this version, a much-anticipated artificial intelligence aid that can help users make better use of their computers, which is gradually being rolled out to users.

CTOnews.com should point out that developer Preview is the most active and experimental branch of Microsoft to test features and improvements that are still in the early stages of development, so it is common to encounter errors, inconsistencies, and compatibility issues in these versions.
