In June this year, GAC GROUP produced 232000 cars and sold 236000. The cumulative output of cars from January to June was 1.197 million, an increase of 3.9% over the same period last year. Cumulative car sales from January to June were 1.163 million, up 1.1 per cent from a year earlier.

In June this year, GAC GROUP sold 53000 new energy passenger cars, an increase of 96.5% over the same period last year. Among them, sales of independent new energy vehicles were 48000, an increase of 97.2% over the same period last year.

From January to June this year, GAC GROUP sold 236000 new energy passenger vehicles, an increase of 108.5% over the same period last year. Among them, the sales of independent new energy vehicles was 214000, an increase of 112.9% over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com reminded that the sales announced by GAC GROUP include four brands: Eian, GAC MOTOR, Guangzhou Automobile Honda and Guangzhou Automobile Toyota.

GAC's Ian production reached 45000 vehicles in June, up 90.2 per cent from a year earlier, with sales of 45000 vehicles, an increase of 86.5 per cent. The cumulative output from January to June was 217000 vehicles, an increase of 117.4% over the same period last year. The cumulative sales volume from January to June was 209000 vehicles, an increase of 108.7% over the same period last year.
