CTOnews.com news on July 7, SAIC held the "2023 Tech-Show Technology Exhibition" Its 27 enterprises have brought 43 innovative technologies, including central coordinated motion control platform, 800V silicon carbide axle, solid-state battery, Galaxy ®full-stack 3.0 smart car solution, core material localization stack and low-power fuel cell system for off-road vehicles, communication module assembly T-BOX and intelligent networked controller i-BOX (5G), L4 intelligent heavy truck and AIV unmanned intelligent transfer vehicle, and truly unmanned Robotaxi.

The 2023 Tech Show exhibition is divided into three parts: "low-carbon, intelligent and ecosphere", including the specific landing of technical concepts such as "smart brain", "agile body" and "strong heart".

There are three technical concepts attached to CTOnews.com:

Smart brain: SAIC Zero Bundle full Stack 3.0 solution adopts the strategy of "central computing + regional control", which will halve the number of domain controllers, increase data bandwidth by 5 times, reduce harness length by 30%, and increase OTA speed by 70%. It will be the first to be installed in Zhiji model, and plans to hit the ground in 2025.

Agile body: "vehicle Central coordinated Motion Controller (VMC) technology" enables the vehicle to maintain body stability under different driving modes and various road conditions, which will be fully integrated into braking, driving, steering, suspension control and other functions, realizing 6 degrees of freedom centralized control of the car body, the first launch is carried in the Zhiji model, and plans to produce and land in 2024.

Strong heart: the new generation electric drive system of "carbon fiber rotor motor + 800V high voltage electric drive". The 800V silicon carbide shaft is scheduled to be first launched in the second half of this year to achieve mass production on Zhiji model. Solid-state batteries are scheduled to be launched in 2024 to achieve mass production on Zhiji models.
