CTOnews.com July 8, a Twitter user retweeted the news that Elon Musk's SpaceX now has a "de facto" monopoly on the rocket launch market, including transporting astronauts, launching satellites, and dominating any competition.

Musk responded: "the goals of countries and companies are too low. Lack of ambition is their deficiency. SpaceX's mission is to make life multi-planetary. Even a little success on this goal will lead to better performance for Earth orbit."

Since SpaceX is not a listed company, we have no way to know its earnings data. However, considering the rate of SpaceX's rocket launch service and the achievement of more than 60 launches a year, I believe the figure must be considerable.

According to previously released information, the SpaceX charges $67 million per mission (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 486 million yuan), a price that allows the Falcon 9 to send a 5.5-ton payload into the geostationary orbit (GTO), or a $97 million (currently about 703 million yuan) Falcon heavy rocket to send an 8-ton payload into the same orbit. Per kilogram, that means the Falcon 9 charges $12181 and the Falcon heavy rocket $12125.

A few days ago, NASA announced the Crew-7 mission crew list, four astronauts will be aboard the SpaceX "Endurance" manned dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket to the International Space Station before August 15 EDT, and will stay in orbit for six months.
