China Telecom App suspends eSIM Watch No.1 double terminal and independent eSIM service

Since July 12, 2023, due to service maintenance and upgrade, this App will suspend the processing of eSIM Watch No.1 double terminal and independent eSIM service until further notice. Users who have handled eSIM watch-related business can continue to use it normally, but if the business is cancelled, they may not be able to handle it again.

Number 1 dual terminal service: means that users can add watches as eSIM ancillary devices (secondary cards) under their own mobile phone number (main number) account and package, so that mobile phones and watches share the same number, share numbers, package calls and traffic, and can make calls and surf the Internet separately. When the mobile phone is not carried with you, it is not worried about missing important calls.

Independent SIM service: refers to the watch is an independent number and cellular mobile network, with a separate tariff package, with text messages, calls and network connections and other services.
