Sources say Samsung Galaxy S24 series phones will not upgrade the front camera.

CTOnews.com July 21 news, according to SamMobile reports, Samsung Galaxy S24 series phones will follow the Galaxy S23 series of 12 million pixel front camera, even the flagship model Galaxy S24 Ultra will not get the front camera upgrade, this is the first time about the Galaxy S24 series front camera news.

Samsung equipped the Galaxy S23 model with a new 12 megapixel front-facing camera earlier this year, the first time Samsung has upgraded the resolution of the flagship's front-facing camera since the Galaxy S10 series in 2019, so the Galaxy S24 series is unlikely to bring another improvement in this area, as confirmed by today's news.

This news also means that Samsung Galaxy S24 series will not be equipped with an in-screen camera, Samsung may think that the in-screen camera does not provide the expected image quality for the Galaxy S series.

According to CTOnews.com previously reported, Samsung Galaxy S24 series rear camera will not usher in too many changes, its 200 million pixel main camera will continue to be used. However, it is reported that the telephoto lens of Galaxy S24 Ultra will be adjusted, the existing telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom will be upgraded, and the previously rumored variable focal length design will be cancelled.
