CTOnews.com learned from the China disabled Persons' Federation that the China Blind Association and Didi signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the first time in 2021 to launch a "barrier-free travel service for guide dog users." Guide dog users can enjoy barrier-free customization rights such as "priority ride-hailing" when taking a taxi through "DiDi" App, promote drivers to join the "accessibility certification" and reward drivers who have completed barrier-free services.

Since then, the "barrier-free travel service for blind people with first-class vision" has been tried out in many cities across the country, giving priority to taxi hailing, and reminding drivers to take the initiative to find blind passengers in the form of voice broadcasting and text messages. and assist them on and off, and so on.

So far, the guide dog barrier-free travel service has served 32000 guide dog users.
