Banana pie BPI-R3 Mini development board is equipped with MediaTek Filogic processor, four Cortex-A53 cores, 2GHz frequency, 2GB DDR4 memory and 8GB eMMC flash memory; it has its own MT7976C chip supporting WiFi 6, DC power input and Nano SIM card slot.

The development board comes with two 2.5G network ports, one USB-C interface to support USB2.0 transmission specifications, and an M.2 B-Key 2230 slot and a M-Key slot, which supports the M.2 3052 USB 3.0 module of the 5G NR module.
