The two sides signed the first batch of 100 AE200 procurement agreements on the spot.

Wo Fei Changsky said that the cooperation with Hualong Airlines marks the first innovative combination of domestic electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL) and official aviation. In the follow-up, the two sides will promote the approval of eVTOL standards for continuous airworthiness, eVTOL vertical take-off and landing airport construction, route operation and other areas of progress.

CTOnews.com noted that in November last year, the AE200 Electric Vertical take-off and Landing aircraft (eVTOL) was officially accepted for Model Certificate (TC) applications. This is China's first TC application notice for manned electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. According to the AP-21-AA-2022-11 "Model qualification procedure" recently issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, AE200 electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft model qualification work officially launched.

After obtaining the model certificate (TC) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the AE200 electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft can be used for air tour services, and subsequent expanded models can be used for aeromedical rescue, aviation logistics, emergency rescue, air law enforcement and other uses.
