Rexa ARES solid state disk 1099 yuan available: 7400MB/s read speed, 4TB capacity

CTOnews.com July 30 news, Rexa ARES 4TB solid state drive is now JD.com promotion, to hand price 1099 yuan.

The Rexa ARES 4TB solid state drive was launched in June this year at a price of 1499 yuan.

CTOnews.com summarizes the parameter information of this SSD:

The 4TB version of ARES PCle 4.0high-speed solid-state disk fully supports the latest NVMe2.0 protocol and overlays advanced algorithms, so that one chip-selected port can control two storage wafers, thus realizing the overall capacity of ARES PCIe4.0 solid-state drive products up to 4TB.

The 4TB version of ARES PCle 4.0high-speed solid state drive uses a single high-quality 3D TLC NAND flash memory particle with 2400MT/s interface speed, and is equipped with HMB 3.0 and SLC Cache dynamic cache technology to effectively ensure efficient data transmission efficiency; the read speed can be as high as 7400MB/s, close to the full value speed of PCIe4.0, and the write speed can be as high as 6500MB/s. The random read and write speed reaches 900K IOPS.

In addition, the 4TB version of ARES PCIe4.0 solid state drives supports TCG Pyrite2.0 technology, which provides powerful encryption features to protect the system from malicious attacks and data leakage.

The total write life of the 4TB version of the ARES PCIe4.0 solid state disk reaches 3000TB, which is 100% higher than that of the 2TB version, and the service life of the ARES PCIe4.0 solid state disk is greatly extended. The average time between failures is as high as 1.5 million hours.
