Microsoft has built six color filters into Win10 and Win11 to help color-blind users see the screen clearly without the help of third-party software.
Microsoft provides a more flexible user experience in the Win11 Canary Build 25921 preview update, allowing users to adjust the intensity of certain color filters.
CTOnews.com attached the setup steps as follows:
1. Open the settings application by pressing Win + I or by right-clicking the start menu and selecting Settings.

4. Scroll down and find the two sliders above the reset button, but they are not currently equipped with a text description.

6. Turn off the reset button to restore the changes
