24GB LPDDR5X DRAM package products operate in the minimum voltage range of 1.01V to 1.12V (volts) specified by the International Semiconductor Standardization Organization (JEDEC). The data processing speed is 68GB per second, which is equivalent to the transmission of 13 full high-definition (Full-HD, FHD) movies per second.

SK Hynix has been mass-producing new products for smartphone maker OPPO since last month. OPPO carries it on the latest flagship (Flagship) smartphone "one plus Ace 2 Pro".

According to reports, the new memory uses HKMG technology to achieve ultra-low power consumption and high performance. The HKMG process is a new generation process that uses high K gate dielectrics on the insulating film in the DRAM transistor to prevent current leakage and improve the capacitor (Capacitance) at the same time. It can not only improve the memory speed, but also reduce the power consumption. SK Hynix adopted HKMG process for the first time in the world on mobile DRAM in November last year, and successfully mass-produced LPDDR5X DRAM.
