This SSD uses TLC flash memory, runs in pSLC mode, PCIe 4.0 specification, independent cache, sequential read performance 7000 MB/s, sequential write performance 6000 MB/s, random read and write performance 1000k IOPS.

This series of SSD is available in four capacities: 160GB, 320GB, 640GB and 1280GB, with a total write volume (TBW) of 5000, 10000, 21000 and 42000 TB.

In terms of price, the series SSD 320GB sells for 599 yuan, 640GB for 1099 yuan and 1280GB for 2299 yuan.
