Steam players can search for friends in more than 500 million players, then connect and play.

According to the latest Epic blog, this tool has now been extended to the host platform, supporting multiple cross-platform games of PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Switch.

CTOnews.com learned from his blog that game developers need to download the integrated Epic Online Services SDK 1.16 and then they can use the service in the game for free.

Specifically, in the game, players can search for friends in Steam and Epic game malls and send them invitations. In addition, the tool will not prompt for an email address or password, and if the other party does not have an Epic account, the system will automatically create an associated Epic account for the Steam account.
