Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen OC_Formula for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com August 20 news, Opera GX game browser recently launched the first official virtual anchor (VTuber)-GX Aura. It is said that GX Aura, which was originally the mascot of the Discord community of Opera GX browsers, finally decided to set its own platform and image for GX Aura because of its popularity among fans.

The VTuber has logged into platforms such as X (Twitter), YouTube, Twitch and TikTok.

GX Aura finished his "first show" on YouTube channel at 4: 00 this morning, singing Mijin Xuanshi's "KICKBACK".

Quik, founder and manager of VTuber, said it was amazing to see how Aura evolved from a simple community mascot into a comprehensive creative initiative for a whole new industry. " I have joined the VTuber community for many years and have a passion for this community. In Opera GX's team, each member can bring something different, and I can develop one of my biggest hobbies and get trust and support to make my dreams come true. "

CTOnews.com previously reported that Opera GX browser was launched in 2019 and is designed for gamers to improve the experience by allowing users to control the CPU and memory usage of their PC in order to allocate more computing resources to games or streaming media.

Users can set these limits by toggling switches in the browser control panel. This feature keeps the compute usage of Opera GX within a certain percentage of PC resources.
