CTOnews.com August 24, Microsoft recently launched Class C patches KB5029351 and KB5029331 for Windows 11 and Windows 10 users in August 2023, and the updated version numbers were upgraded to 22621.2215 (22H2), 22000.2360 (21H2) and 19045.3393 (Win10).

However, there is feedback from CTOnews.com partners that after this update, some computers with 13-generation cool desktop processors will prompt that the "UNSUPPORTED_PROCESSOR" processor does not support it, causing the update to restart the blue screen to roll back automatically.

In response, Microsoft has flagged the problem in its official Feedback Hub and is expected to fix it later.

According to the feedback from users, there are problems mainly from the 13th generation Koura processor and 600 series (Z690) and 700 series (Z790) motherboard users.
