Escape: Trial was originally scheduled to land on Xbox by the end of this year, but Red Barrels officially released a blog post saying that the game will be delayed until 2024.

Our focus at this stage is to polish the console version of the game, planning to introduce it to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S| X, and previous generations of consoles (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One), enabling cross-platform gaming for PC.

Our development work is going well, but we can't give an accurate landing time for the game console at this stage, and we can't guarantee cross-platform games. We originally planned to launch the game on consoles in 2023, but given the challenges facing the development team, we plan to launch the console version in early 2024.
