CTOnews.com, August 28 (Xinhua)-- Forbes China, in conjunction with Luosheng Consulting, a global leadership consulting firm, officially released the results of the annual selection of "2023 Forbes Best employer in China".
CTOnews.com noted that the selection was divided into two dimensions:
Employer questionnaire: mainly evaluate the enterprise's long-term development ability, build a harmonious ecological ability, listen to win-win ability, breakthrough innovation ability, and the enterprise's sense of digital responsibility.
Employee questionnaire: it is composed of eight parts: "employer image", "organization and management", "training and development", "working environment", "salary and benefits", "digital", "succession practice" and "innovation practice". The purpose of inviting employees to anonymously grade the enterprises they work for is to analyze the concerned elements and demands of employees when choosing jobs and evaluating employers.
It is understood that nearly 500 enterprises participated in the selection, of which about 20% of the registered enterprises came from the industrial manufacturing industry; about 100000 people participated in the selection survey. Among all the selected enterprises, there are six enterprise technology companies, five in industrial manufacturing and five in finance.
According to a 2023 employee survey, there is still a significant gap between how much Chinese mainland employees value "salary return" and what they actually get, with only 68.4% of participants believing that their salary increases can be matched with their work payments. the conclusion of the survey was 76.5% in 2022.
