Sources say Lenovo will take over Japan's FCNT smartphone business, formerly Fujitsu's mobile division.

It is reported that the two sides have signed the contract and are expected to complete the transfer procedures within this month.

Specifically, the business transferred this time, including the sales, maintenance and related services of mobile terminals such as smartphones, will be taken over by the "FCNT contract Club" in which Lenovo participates.
