Guo Mingyi said that Apple will not launch MacBook notebooks with M3 chips this year.

CTOnews.com reported in August that Mark Mark Gurman of Bloomberg revealed that Apple will release M3 Apple MacBook Air and Pro computers as soon as October.

He said:

As far as I know, the process of the launch will be the same as the iPhone 14 launch, with Apple still playing pre-recorded videos at the launch, and a launch in October-possibly the first M3 Mac-but it's not clear whether this will be positioned as an official launch event.

The information of Guo Mingyi and Gurman is contradictory, and both of them have more reliable records of revelations, and they are currently unable to confirm whether they are true or false.

The unannounced M3 chip will be manufactured using TSMC's 3 nm process, and the performance and power efficiency will be significantly improved compared with the current 5 nm-based M2 chip, which was debuted in June 2022.
