CTOnews.com, September 9 (Xinhua)-- Leah Hanes and Atari co-founder Nolan Bushnell have founded ExoDexa, a start-up focused on educational games, with the goal of using games to shape the future of education and to create an integrated video game platform that integrates KMel 12 courses to provide students with an engaging and effective way of learning.
CTOnews.com learned from the official website that Bushnell served as chairman of ExoDexa and Leah Hanes, CEO and president of the education nonprofit organization Ewo Bit Circus Foundation.
ExoDexa recently expanded its team to join Pandora co-founder and former CEO Jon Kraft and Riot Games, EA and former Blizzard video game producer Kevin Caldwell.
It is understood that ExoDexa is shortlisted for the 2022 EdTech Game Award Learning / Simulation solution category finals with the game "Last Explorer" to educate students through games through adaptive learning platforms.
Nolan Bushnell said: "students learn best in entertainment, so why don't we apply this phenomenon more to teaching? ExoDexa is trying to do this, bring gamification and interaction to learning, help students feel powerful and redefine success."
