According to the circular, marine fishing vessels equipped with Beidou on-board terminals are fully subsidized by the government; large and medium-sized marine fishing vessels equipped with "plug-in AIS" terminals are 80% (3040 yuan / set) of the purchase price of financial subsidy equipment, and 20% (760 yuan / set) of the equipment procurement price is borne by shipowners.

Specifically, the installation of large and medium-sized fishing vessels Beidou shipborne terminal and "plug-in AIS" terminal warranty for 5 years, small fishing vessels Beidou shipboard terminal warranty for 4 years; after equipment failure, fishing vessels need to be repaired in time, by the relevant construction units for free maintenance, can not be repaired free of charge for replacement.
