CTOnews.com Sept. 21, Microsoft today issued a press release announcing the enhancement of the Microsoft Forms real-time forms and quiz experience, with a new design to help users complete form content faster and easier.

CTOnews.com quoted a Microsoft press release as saying that after switching to "present" mode, users can see a new space to display your questions and relevant answers. Users don't have to worry about size and cutting, insert pictures intuitively and make sure your options are displayed properly.

Microsoft also introduced a new tree map format (treemap format) in Forms. Unlike the typical bar view used to check the answers to questions, the format uses squares and rectangles to display more information about the answers and also changes the shape based on the percentage of answers received. Users can quickly switch between tree and bar chart formats with a quick click of the mouse.

Microsoft said the new Forms features will first be available to Microsoft 365 education customers, but will be available to all users by the end of September. Microsoft Forms is a very simple and lightweight application that allows users to easily create surveys, quizzes, polls, and other types of forms.
