The overall shape of this new product is basically the same as the standard version of the model, using the McLaren family-style design language, only in the color matching. The car offers four special body colors, inspired by classic models in McLaren's history.

Among them, blue is inspired by the McLaren P1 supercar, green is inspired by the design of the F1 prototype, and silver gray is adjusted on the basis of the Speedtail XP2 model. In addition, McLaren also provides a new color matching for this model-Cyber Yellow, which is based on the volcanic yellow color matching of the existing model. The car also offers a MSO black suit, including exterior rearview mirror shell, exhaust decoration, etc., all in bright black design.

In terms of interior decoration, the McLaren GT Special Edition sports car is basically the same as the standard version, the main difference is that the seat backrest, cushion and other positions are designed with diamond stitches, and the headrest also provides a special version of the unique MSO logo.

In terms of power, the special edition is expected to be in line with the regular GT, with a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine and a seven-speed SSG dual-clutch transmission with a maximum power of 620hp and a peak torque of 630Nm.
