In 2015, Nvidia created ultra-low dynamic blur (ULMB), a new technology for G-SYNC displays that provides higher dynamic definition in competitive games. Earlier this year, Nvidia introduced ultra-low dynamic blur 2 (ULMB 2), which has an effective dynamic definition of more than 1000 Hz. Compared to the original version, ULMB 2 also offers full refresh rate backlight strobe, nearly twice the brightness, and almost no crosstalk.
