Global TOP50 CEO average "year-end bonus" report: Musk ranked first, 4.6 times that of second place
According to news from CTOnews.com on September 27, The Stock Dork, a foreign research institution, analyzed the average "year-end bonus" of CEOs of the top 50 companies by market capitalization over the past five years.
These year-end bonuses include stock options, bonuses, bonuses, compensation and other income. CTOnews.com hereby attaches the following brief information:
No. 1: Tesla CEO Elon Musk (Elon Musk), with an average year-end bonus of $456.7 million (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 3.338 billion yuan)

His year-end bonus averages $53.4 million. The Amazon chief executive's most recent bonus was in 2021, when he received an equity bonus of $211 million. Andy Jassy charges a typical Amazon employee a bonus of $6198 for every dollar he earns.
No. 4: Oracle CEO Safra Catz, with an average year-end bonus of $50.79 million (currently about 371 million yuan)
Catz received $129 million in stock options in 2022, and for every dollar earned by Oracle employees, Catz received an average bonus of $1723, according to breakdown. Stock awards account for a large part of her salary, reflecting Oracle's long-term growth strategy.
No. 5: Apple CEO Tim Cook (Tim Cook), with an average annual bonus of $43.94 million (currently about 321 million yuan)
Cook received $82 million in stock last year, subdivided into each Apple employee, and for every $1 they earned for the company, their chief executive received a $982 stock bonus.
