Microsoft releases PowerToys 0.74: upgrade Text Extractor, improve FancyZones stability

CTOnews.com Sept. 27, Microsoft today released a version 0.74 update of PowerToys for the Win10 / Win11 platform. This update mainly introduces a utility called "Crop And Lock", which allows users to select an application when taking a screenshot, crop it to a small window or thumbnail, and then scroll through it.

This update also optimizes the keyboard manager, adds support for numeric keys, improves FancyZones, and so on.

Update to Windows App SDK 1.4.1 to improve the stability of WinUI 3 tools.

Upgrade Text Extractor to version 2.0, introduce new overlay, improve table mode, improve quality

Improved the stability of FancyZones, fixed some layout reset problems, and improved the handling of newly created windows on Windows 11.

Fixed silent crash reported by Watson and user's event Viewer.
