Users search for "Alipay car Rental" in Alipay App and click "Alipay car Rental abroad" Mini Program to enter the service page. It can be seen that the service covers the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the United Kingdom, South Korea and other countries, with 24-hour Chinese and English customer service provided by car rental.

CTOnews.com noted that users can also apply for "International driver's license Identification document" (TIDI) free of charge on this page, and the event will end on September 28. This document supports online booking, free translation and production, and supports delivery to home. It is suitable for Chinese citizens on short-term business trips to rent cars and drive locally. In addition, users can also choose to spend 99 yuan for priority or 199 yuan for urgent treatment, even if it is free of charge, the distribution expenses also need to be paid by themselves (different regions, different fees).

The certificate is jointly translated and certified by NAATI (Australian Translation Accreditation Authority), NZTA (Department of Transport of New Zealand), German High Court, French Court of Appeal and Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mainland China driver's license can be applied for. It is said to be used in cooperation with the original mainland China driver's license in nearly 200 countries and regions.
