CTOnews.com, Oct. 2, in addition to launching three new Surface products at the developer conference in September, Microsoft also announced that it would deepen its cooperation with OpenAI to introduce support for DALL-E 3 in Bing Chat, and announced that it was free to all users over the weekend.

With the influx of a large number of users, Bing's image generator (based on DALL-E 3) is starting to slow down, and Microsoft has recently begun to upgrade it to improve computing power by introducing more GPU to meet user needs.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, DALL-E 3 is OpenAI's latest AI image generation tool, which will be available to ChatGPT Plus and ChatGPT Enterprise users in October, while API will be available sometime in the fall.

Microsoft has also added a number of shopping features to Bing: Bing can answer users' questions about how to use a product or other more personalized questions so that people can determine the right product for their needs. Bing also allows people to find and use discount codes.

It is worth mentioning that all AI images generated by Bing's image generator contain an invisible watermark that follows the C2PA specification, which marks the time and date of the original creation, and confirms that the image was generated by artificial intelligence.
