More than 330,000 players petitioned for the end of Mob Vote voting in the "my World" game.
CTOnews.com, October 11 (Xinhua)-- Mojang Studios plans to hold a new round of "Mob Vote" on Friday, October 13, but it has been opposed by players. As of CTOnews.com 's press release, 334035 players have petitioned to stop such voting.
"Mob Vote" is the annual voting event launched by Mojang, which will provide three candidate Mob (creatures in the game). Players will vote freely, and the Mob with the largest number of votes will be added to the game.
But this year, players want to end this kind of voting, thinking that voting has stifled great ideas, and hope that Mojang will introduce all three Mob to increase participation in the game.
So far, neither Mojang nor Microsoft has commented on the Change.org petition or its reasons for not supporting the campaign. At present, it seems that "Mob Vote" will continue as planned.
